JS series twin-shaft concrete mixers consist of feeding, mixing, discharging, water supplying and electrical control system.
Mixing system
Mixing system consists of electric motor, belt pulley, reducer, exposed gear, oil supply device. Electric motor will bring secondary gear and reducer, two shafts of reducer through two pairs of open gears will bring two horizontal mixing shaft do reverse constant-speed rotation.
There are two horizontal mixing shaft, each shaft has mixing blades. There are side blades respectively on the mixing arms at both ends of the mixing cylinder, can scrape the concrete residue.
A sealing device is provided at the two ends of the mixing shaft and the mixing cylinder. There is a special oil feeder on the end face of the mixing cylinder to ensure the sealing quality.
Feeding system
Feeding part of twin shaft mixer for sale is made up of hoisting mechanism, feeding rack, hopper and feeding inlet. When feeding the materials, lifting and transmission system will drive the wire rope to climb up the feeding frame guide rail through the pulley traction hopper, when the hopper was lifted to feeding position, the front roller of the bucket bottom enters the horizontal branch road, and the bucket body continues to rise, forcing the bucket bottom and the bucket body have hinged shaft as the fulcrum to separate and open the material door. With the rising of hopper, materials door opens gradually, materials will be put into mixing cylinder through middle hopper.
Water supply system
Water supply system of twin shaft batch mixer is made up of water pump, throttle valve, cleaning and sprinkler. Throttle valve can adjust water flow, time relay will adjust the total amount of water.
Discharge system
Discharge system of twin shaft cement mixer comprises discharge door, air cylinder or hydraulic cylinder. There re three types of discharge methods: hydraulic, pneumatic and manual.
Hydraulic actuated discharge gate is stronger than pneumatic system to avoid the phenomenon of insufficient pneumatic opening
Manual operation lever is used for emergency unloading when temporary power failure and cylinder or hydraulic cylinder malfunction. It should be removed at ordinary times to prevent injury. Electric or manual installation is optional.
