Mixing system
The mixing system is a JS-type double-horizontal-shaft compulsory concrete mixer, which is designed and manufactured according to large-scale mixer technology. Common faults and maintenance notices of hopper lift concrete mixing plant
1. Dust accumulation, flexibility reduction, and instability of machine.
Solution: Keep the concrete plant and the surrounding environment clean.
The operator should clear the material in the hopper in time so that the sensor normal to zero.
2.Abnormal noise and lubrication part of rust.
Solution: Check whether the lubricating oil at each lubrication point is sufficient. The oil mist in the gas path system should be maintained with sufficient oil. Whether the motors and electrical appliances are overheated, whether the instrument indication is normal, and whether the signal system is intact.
3.Open and closed valve is not sensitive to open or can not close.
